Lizzo, whose new album “B***h” is set for release on June 5, has long been a fan of Chili’s. In a statement, the four-time Grammy winner shared that childhood weekend trips to the chain made this collaboration especially meaningful. She even mentioned dressing up as a Fried Mozzarella cheese pull on Halloween in 2025, highlighting her deep connection to the brand.
“I don’t think there’s a more memorable jingle, so when putting my own spin on it, I really wanted to honor that history while also making it feel fun and very me,” Lizzo said in a statement about her costume choice.

The campaign comes at a time when Chili’s has recently upgraded its Baby Back Ribs. The new offering features meatier full and half-rack portions with up to 50 percent more meat and a new caramelized barbecue sauce crust. This update aims to provide customers with an enhanced dining experience.
