Pussycat Dolls Cancel Most North American Tour Dates
The Pussycat Dolls have announced the cancellation of most of their planned North American reunion tour dates, marking a significant shift in their long-awaited comeback. The group, now performing as a trio consisting of Nicole Scherzinger, Ashley Roberts, and Kimberly Wyatt, had originally scheduled a 33-date tour across the US and Canada this summer.
In a statement shared with fans, the group confirmed that all but one of these dates have been cancelled. The sole remaining performance will take place at the Outloud Music Festival during WeHo Pride in Los Angeles on June 6. The group described this event as a “meaningful” opportunity to connect with fans.
While the reasons for the decision were not publicly disclosed, reports indicate that ticket demand for the North American leg of the tour was lower than expected, with many seats going unsold in several cities. This setback comes after rehearsals for the tour had already faced delays, with preparations not fully underway before the shows were scrapped.
Despite the cancellation, the Pussycat Dolls confirmed that their UK and European tour dates will proceed as planned. These dates appear to be faring better, with several shows already sold out. The group expressed their commitment to delivering a “true celebration” of their music and legacy for fans overseas.
The European leg of the tour is set to begin in Copenhagen in September, with arena dates scheduled in major cities such as Birmingham, Manchester, London, Dublin, and Glasgow.

A Complicated Reunion Effort
This latest development marks another complex chapter in the group’s reunion efforts. The Pussycat Dolls initially announced a comeback in 2019 as a five-piece group, including former members Carmit Bachar and Jessica Sutta. However, these plans were repeatedly delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic before ultimately falling apart.
The cancellation was later linked to a dispute between Scherzinger and the group’s founder, Robin Antin, which was resolved through a confidential settlement in 2025. The trio relaunched their return earlier this year with the release of their new single, “Club Song,” signaling a fresh start. However, more controversy soon followed.
It was revealed that not all six bandmates would be returning for the tour, as Carmit Bachar, Jessica Sutta, and Melody Thornton are not included in the reunion. A source told The Sun that the trio believes Carmit and Jessica are no longer aligned with their world and want the tour to remain drama-free.
“They felt like moving forward as a trio was the best way of making sure the tour goes smoothly,” the source said. “They are all on the same page about the reunion and feel like Jessica and Carmit are in a different world from them these days.”
The source added that Carmit and Jessica had “no desire to reunite” with the band, and the trio was surprised by their reactions. “It feels like they’re doing anything for attention,” the source said.

Controversy and Reactions
After the announcement, Carmit Bachar expressed her dissatisfaction with the news, reposting a video of the group’s former producer, Eddie Serrano, who criticized the group. In the video, Serrano said, “I’m very upset about this Pussycat Doll reunion… I do have a problem when I see my home girls, who were very instrumental in building the brand, not a part of this reunion.”
He continued, “We need to see them as a unit, not just as three girls that’s not the Pussycat Dolls, that’s just the Pussy without the Dolls.” Alongside the reposts, Carmit simply captioned: “Luv you.”
Jessica Sutta also responded to the news, stating she had no involvement in the comeback and claimed she discovered the plans alongside everyone else. “They have been planning it for a year and blatantly didn’t ask Carmit and I,” she wrote in response to a fan question on Instagram.

Legacy and Future
Originally formed in the early 2000s, the Pussycat Dolls achieved significant success with chart-topping hits such as “Don’t Cha” and “Stickwitu,” establishing themselves as one of the most successful girl groups of their era.
As the group moves forward with their European tour, fans continue to watch closely as the Pussycat Dolls navigate the challenges of their reunion. Whether this new chapter will lead to a lasting comeback remains to be seen.
