Brooklyn Beckham praises wife Nicola Peltz for ‘hard work’ on film *Prima*

Brooklyn Beckham Supports Wife at Film Screening

Brooklyn Beckham has been vocal in his support for his wife, Nicola Peltz, as she works on her new film, Prima. The 27-year-old chef shared his admiration for Nicola after she attended a private screening of the indie drama, hosted by her billionaire father Nelson’s banker friends.

Brooklyn took to Instagram to post photos of Nicola at the event and expressed his pride in her hard work. He wrote: “I am so proud of you @nicolaannepeltzbeckham x you have been working so hard on Prima and I couldn’t be more proud of you x.” He also added, “I can’t wait for everyone to see what an amazing job you have done xx I love you with all my heart xx.”

The film Prima is an upcoming indie drama that Nicola created and stars in. She plays Margo, a dedicated prima ballerina facing life-altering decisions as modern changes disrupt her ballet company. The private screening was hosted by East West Bank’s CEO Dominic Ng at the exclusive San Vicente Bungalows.

Brooklyn also extended his congratulations to the film’s directors, the Morelli Brothers, saying, “Congratulations on your directorial debut @morellibrothers I love the film so much.” However, no official release date for the film has been announced yet.

Family Tensions and Personal Life

Despite his public support for Nicola, Brooklyn has faced personal challenges within his family. He missed out on his grandfather Anthony Beckham’s 80th birthday celebrations over the weekend. The budding chef is no longer on speaking terms with his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, after cutting ties with them in a six-page statement in January.

However, Brooklyn reportedly still maintains a close relationship with his grandparents. A source told The Mirror: “While things between him and his parents are over, Brooklyn is still very fond of his grandparents. There is a lot of love for them, and that has never faltered.”

During the festive period, David’s mother Sandra and Victoria’s mother Jackie Adams reached out to Brooklyn after he had been absent from key family events throughout the year, including his father’s milestone 50th birthday celebration and recent investiture.

A source added: “David and Victoria will never give up trying to secure a reconciliation between them and their son. Nothing will change that, and they live in hope. He will always be their son, and they are not going to stop putting on record their feelings.”

Public Display of Unity

Amid the family tensions, Brooklyn and Nicola have continued to put on a united front. Fans have been urging Brooklyn to heal the rift with his family, but he remains focused on his career and personal life.

Across the pond, the Beckhams were out in force at Anthony’s birthday party, alongside Romeo’s girlfriend Kim Turnbull, 24, and Cruz’s partner Jackie Apostel, 30. Anthony appeared elated at the glamorous event, hugging his daughter before sitting down for a meal where he was gifted personal cards.

Cruz, who recently launched his music career with his band The Breakers, was also spotted giving Jackie a kiss on the cheek. Despite his estrangement from his parents, Brooklyn is reportedly still in contact with his grandparents, showing that family bonds remain strong in some areas.

As the story unfolds, it remains to be seen how Brooklyn’s relationships with his family will develop in the coming months. For now, he continues to support his wife and focus on his own endeavors, while navigating the complexities of his personal life.
