Will There Be a The White Lotus Season 4?

In case you missed the memo, HBO confirmed in January 2025 that The White Lotus would 100% be returning for Season 4. With the series renewed before the first episode of the third season dropped, it’s safe to say that the series has been a major cultural phenomenon. While they haven’t revealed where the series will be set just yet, we do know for certain that another chaotic vacay is on the way.

After visiting the shores of Hawaii, Italy, and Thailand, the million-dollar question for every White Lotus fan remains: Where will they go next?

According to Deadline, creator Mike White and HBO have reportedly locked in the country as the backdrop for the hit murder-mystery dramedy’s highly anticipated fourth season. HBO’s iconic Four Seasons partnership means we’re once again checking in somewhere seriously luxe, and all eyes are on the French Riviera.

Rumour has it the next White Lotus may take over the glamorous Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, the legendary property perched on the tip of Cap-Ferrat with A-list ties and just a short drive from Cannes. Could this be the most star-studded season yet?

Although it’s not quite the Australian dream we were all hoping for, there was some speculation originally that it could be coming to Australia, so fingers crossed for season 5!

“My dream would be to hit every continent… We kind of have to come to Australia if we keep going. It would be so fun,” Mike said during a Vivid Sydney event in 2023, adding, “Obviously, there’s a huge wealth of talent here, and the beauty is inarguable, so it feels like it checks all the boxes.”

When Is The White Lotus Season 4 Release Date?

If Season 3 wasn’t enough White Lotus action for you, we’ve got some good news and bad news. Although the series will definitely be in production, it is not set to commence filming until the second half of 2025, meaning fans can anticipate a late 2026 or early 2027 release date for The White Lotus Season 4.

Who Is in the Cast of The White Lotus Season 4?

The cast of The White Lotus season 4 has slowly been dropped throughout the start of 2026. On March 18, 2026, HBO confirmed that Chloe Bennet, Max Greenfield, Charlie Hall, Kumail Nanjiani and Jarrad Paul are all heading to France for the next season. On March 31, 2026, Heather Graham, Rosie Perez, Frida Gustavsson, Tobias Santelmann, Ben Schnetzer, and Laura Smet were also announced as members of the cast.

Previously confirmed cast members for the fourth season include Sandra Bernhard, Helena Bonham Carter, Steve Coogan, Ari Graynor, Alexander Ludwig, Chris Messina, AJ Michalka, Caleb Jonte Edwards, Marissa Long, and Dylan Ennis.
