The English actress marked her special day with a night out in California, where she was seen enjoying a Western-themed party at Sagebrush Cantina in Calabasas. Dressed in a cowgirl-inspired outfit, including a brown cowboy hat, cropped denim jacket, flowing white dress, and classic boots, Jane looked radiant and happy as she danced with friends and colleagues.

In February, Jane shared details of a celebration held at The Vintage Club in Indian Wells, California—a luxury resort city located 15 miles outside Palm Springs. She was joined by close friends who cheered her on at the exclusive golf club, where the chef presented her with a Baked Alaska cake. Accompanying the photo, Jane quipped, “Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too?”

She also took a sun-drenched getaway to Mustique and St. Barts with her boyfriend, Dr. John Zambetti, 76, an ER doctor and musician. The couple enjoyed a relaxing vacation before returning to Malibu, where Jane resides in a luxurious ocean-view home.



Maintaining a Youthful Appearance

Seymour recently shared insights into her healthy lifestyle with the Daily Mail. She emphasized the importance of the Mediterranean diet, which includes plenty of fresh vegetables, fish, tomatoes, olives, and other wholesome foods.

“I love the Mediterranean way of eating; it works so well and tastes good,” she said. “I start the day with coffee and hard-boiled eggs for protein, and it isn’t till later, around lunchtime, that I have a full meal because then I can really enjoy it.”

She also mentioned growing her own greens in her backyard, which she uses in her meals. Snacking on nuts like pistachios, cold vegetables such as cucumbers and celery, and hummus is part of her daily routine.

Seymour described herself as a savory person who enjoys the taste of salt. She believes that being healthy feels good and gives her energy. When asked about cheat days, she responded, “I am never on a diet, I just make good choices and stick with them.”
