Kylie’s Backstage Ban: Second Staffer Sues Reality Star

New Allegations Against Kylie Jenner

Another former employee of Kylie Jenner has come forward with serious claims of racial discrimination, harassment, and wage violations. Juana Delgado Soto has filed a lawsuit against the 28-year-old celebrity, her company Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services, and La Maison Family Services. The suit highlights a pattern of mistreatment that allegedly worsened over time, particularly in 2023.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Soto began working for Jenner in 2019 and claimed that she was denied meal and rest breaks during her employment. However, she alleges that the working conditions significantly deteriorated in 2023 when Sibrian became her supervisor. This alleged mistreatment led to an HR complaint in 2024, which accused Sibrian of mocking and humiliating Soto regarding her accent. Although the complaint was initially upheld and Sibrian was removed from her role, she was later reinstated and reportedly retaliated against Soto by reducing her hourly wage, assigning unreasonable workloads, and changing her schedule.

A Pattern of Mistreatment

The lawsuit details a growing pattern of mistreatment that allegedly escalated over time. Soto claimed that she was forced to miss her birthday surprise party to cover one of Jenner’s dinners. She also alleged that she was not given enough time off to grieve her late brother’s death. According to the suit, other staff members whispered that she was lying about her brother’s death and forced her to pick up trash they had intentionally thrown on the ground.

Soto made attempts to inform Jenner about her alleged mistreatment, but these efforts were met with silence. In court documents obtained by the LA Times, Soto wrote, “I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused” and “I really apologise for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.” However, she claims that as a result of this complaint, she was threatened with termination. The lawsuit alleged that “Defendants told her she was no longer allowed to look at Kylie, smile at Kylie and if she saw Kylie she would have to ‘disappear.’”

Additional Claims and Similar Cases

Soto further claimed that she was forced to undertake tasks such as cleaning Kylie’s dog house and was banned from drinking water in the home referred to as “Kylie’s water.” These allegations add to the growing list of complaints against Jenner and her associates.

These bombshell claims come just over a week after another worker in Jenner’s employ filed a separate lawsuit. Angelica Vazquez made claims against Kylie Jenner and two companies, Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services, alleging harassment and discrimination. Vazquez previously worked as a housekeeper at Jenner’s Hidden Hills home from September 2024 to August 2025. She alleged “repeated discriminatory and derogatory comments” were made towards her regarding her immigration status. While Jenner is not directly named for any specific behavior in the filing, she is listed as a defendant.
