During the discussion, Thompson, who is 35 years old, asked Khloé, “If there’s a bunker and you can only bring X amount of people in, would you bring me in?” The question seemed to be more about testing her feelings than anything else. While the 41-year-old co-founder of Good American agreed that she would include him, she quickly added, “I’m not having s– with you.”
Thompson responded with, “Who said anything about s–? I’m just making sure…” This led to a brief moment of tension, as Khloé appeared flustered. She clarified that her immediate family would always come first, even if she considered him part of her life.

When asked if he wants more kids in the future, he joked, “I think I signed off for two embryos. So, I mean, if I do have more kids, it’d be coming from you. I already have enough baby moms. I don’t want no more.”
Khloé found the comment amusing, noting that he had “more than enough” baby mamas. She then quipped about his vasectomy, saying, “And who helped you fix that decision? That was me.” Thompson responded with surprise, asking, “What? Getting neutered?” He then added, “Sometimes you gotta lay them n— on the table.”
