Vanessa Bryant Dismisses Rumors of Pregnancy and Remarriage
Vanessa Bryant has taken to social media to address persistent rumors about her personal life, including claims that she is pregnant and considering a remarriage. These allegations have surfaced six years after the tragic passing of her husband, Kobe Bryant. The 43-year-old took to Instagram on Sunday night to refute these wild speculations, which came just weeks after what would have been her anniversary with Kobe.
She shared a report on her Instagram story that claimed: “Vanessa Bryant is set to remarry after inheriting a 50 percent share of Kobe Bryant’s wealth.” In response, she wrote: “Can you guys decide already… am I pregnant for the 100th time or am I getting remarried?”
Since Kobe’s death, Vanessa has faced numerous false reports about her private life. She has consistently emphasized that her focus remains on being a mother to their three other daughters—Natalia, Bianka, and Capri.

A Heartfelt Message for Gigi
Just days before addressing the rumors, Vanessa shared a touching message for her late daughter, Gianna, on what would have been her 20th birthday. She posted an old photo of herself and Gigi kissing, captioning it: “Happy birthday to my sweet baby angel, Gianna. Words can’t express how much I love and miss you mamacita. Mommy loves you so much! #HappyBirthday #20.”
The post received an overwhelming response from fans and celebrities alike, with heartfelt messages from the likes of LeBron James, Kim Kardashian, and Jennifer Lopez.
Legal Developments in the Family
In December, there were significant legal developments involving one of Vanessa’s daughters. Natalia, the eldest child of Vanessa and Kobe, was granted a five-year extension for her restraining order against an alleged stalker.
Natalia had initially been granted a restraining order against Dwayne Kemp in 2022, two years after he allegedly began contacting the teenager. In December, a Los Angeles County judge extended the order while also amending it to protect Vanessa, as well as her younger daughters, Bianka and Capri.
Tragic Loss and Ongoing Impact
Kobe and Gianna were among nine people who lost their lives in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California, in 2020. The other members of the Bryant family were not on board the helicopter. The tragedy has left a lasting impact on the family, particularly on Vanessa, who continues to navigate the challenges of grief while raising her children.
As the family moves forward, they remain focused on healing and supporting one another through the ongoing difficulties they face. Despite the constant scrutiny, Vanessa has remained steadfast in her commitment to her daughters and her legacy as a mother.
