Arama Hau’s Future Secured with Gold Coast Titans
The Gold Coast Titans have made a significant move by re-signing promising player Arama Hau until the end of the 2028 season. This decision highlights the club’s commitment to nurturing local talent and building a team that truly represents the Gold Coast community.
Hau, a Gold Coast local junior, has come through the club’s ‘Future Titans’ program and is now making his mark at the NRL level. Despite receiving interest from notable figures like Mal Meninga and his Perth Bears side, Hau has chosen to stay in Queensland, where he continues to impress as a second-row player.
With 17 games of NRL experience under his belt, Hau has proven himself as a valuable asset to the team. The former Australian Schoolboy is taking full advantage of the opportunities presented to him under coach Josh Hannay. As he develops into a key player for the Titans, his contributions are becoming increasingly vital to the team’s success.

Hau has drawn comparisons to established stars such as Haumole Olakau’atu and David Fifita, thanks to his powerful contact and exceptional footwork at the line.
