Baseus has launched a new 30W power bank with a 20,000mAh battery capacity in China. This product is designed to simplify the charging experience by eliminating the need to carry separate cables. It is available for 99 yuan ($14) on JD.com.
Baseus 30W Power Bank Specifications
The power bank features a 2C+1A+1 Lightning configuration. Two built-in cables are integrated into the side of the device. One of these is a USB-C cable that supports up to 30W bidirectional fast charging. This means it can be used to charge your phone or connect to a wall adapter to recharge the power bank itself. The second built-in cable is a Lightning connector that provides up to 20W output, making it ideal for users still relying on older Apple devices.
For additional connectivity, the top edge of the power bank includes two standard ports: a 30W USB-C port and a 22.5W USB-A port. When all ports are in use, the device can charge up to four gadgets at once, though the charging speed will be distributed among the active ports.
Design and Build
From a design standpoint, the power bank measures 152.2mm x 69.6mm x 30.7mm and weighs 435 grams. Despite its compact size, it is built to be sturdy and user-friendly. Rounded edges make it easier to hold with one hand, while a textured finish helps prevent fingerprints and surface damage. A large LED display on the front panel provides an easy-to-read view of the remaining battery percentage.
Currently, the power bank is available in Light Brown and Light Blue. Inside, it houses a 20,000mAh lithium-ion battery with a rated energy of 74Wh, ensuring it meets airline carry-on regulations. Baseus claims this capacity is sufficient to charge an iPhone 17 approximately 3.8 times, a Huawei Mate 80 around 2.5 times, and a Xiaomi 17 Pro twice.
Compatibility and Safety Features
The device is compatible with a wide range of devices and supports fast-charging protocols such as PD 3.0, PPS, and QC 3.0. It also holds China’s 3C certification and includes an internal smart chip that manages essential safety protections, including overcharging, short circuits, and temperature spikes.
In other developments, Baseus has recently introduced a compact 100W GaN charger with foldable pins, along with a new 10,000mAh 45W power bank that comes with dual built-in charging cables.
