Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin Welcome Their First Child
Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin have officially announced that they are expecting their first child. The couple made their way to the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival, where Palvin, a Victoria’s Secret supermodel, captured everyone’s attention with her glowing presence. Her baby bump was subtly emphasized as she placed a hand low across her belly, drawing admiration from fans and onlookers alike.
Sprouse, who is 33 years old, stood beside his wife, offering her support and protection as they posed for photos. His presence at the event highlighted the strong bond between the couple, who have been together since 2018. Their relationship began after a chance meeting at a party in 2017, and since then, they have consistently expressed their deep affection for each other.
Palvin once shared her feelings about Sprouse during an interview with Vogue Australia in 2018, stating, “I feel like I found the perfect guy. He’s very kind and gentle.” The pair took their relationship to the next level in 2023 when they announced their engagement, and just one month later, they tied the knot in a private ceremony.
The couple’s joyful announcement comes just a month after a traumatic incident at their home in Los Angeles. On April 17, officers from the Los Angeles Police Department were called to the couple’s residence after a report of an attempted burglary at around 12:30 am. According to sources from TMZ, Sprouse quickly reacted as the intruder broke into their home. He reportedly tackled the individual and even allegedly held him at gunpoint to protect his pregnant wife.
The trespasser was arrested on the scene, although authorities have not yet publicly identified the man. In the days following the incident, Sprouse jokingly mentioned his desire to address the break-in by sharing a video of his self-described “performative karate” moves. He also stated that he is not a “too soon” guy when it comes to making jokes.

Despite the unsettling experience, the couple has remained resilient. Sprouse reflected on the event, saying, “We’re laughing about things the moment they happen. You got to have levity in life. Thankfully, no one was hurt and there was no more violence than what happened. So, it’s all OK.”
As they prepare for the arrival of their first child, Sprouse and Palvin continue to navigate life together with grace and humor. Their journey has been marked by love, strength, and a commitment to facing challenges as a team.
