Timothée Chalamet Steps Out with Mum for Star-Studded Los Angeles Awards Night
Hollywood heartthrob Timothée Chalamet opted for a touch of family flair at the 32nd Annual Actor Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, bringing his mother, Nicole Flender, as his plus-one for the prestigious event. While Chalamet graced the red carpet solo, his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, was notably absent from the initial fanfare, a pattern that has emerged at recent award ceremonies where she often joins him inside after his solo appearances.

The acclaimed actor, nominated for Best Actor for his compelling performance in “Marty Supreme,” radiated a cheerful demeanour as he posed alongside his mother at the glitzy affair held at the Shrine Auditorium. Chalamet cut a dapper figure, sporting an off-white suit jacket paired with a crisp white dress shirt, subtly unbuttoned at the top. His ensemble was completed with classic black trousers and polished black shoes, creating a sophisticated yet relaxed look for the special evening.

A tender moment was captured as Chalamet affectionately draped an arm around his mother’s shoulders, sharing a warm smile as they paused for photographs, showcasing their close bond.
Nicole Flender, radiating elegance, complemented the occasion in a vibrant pink dress. The striking gown featured delicate thin straps that gracefully wrapped around her shoulders, adding a pop of colour to the star-studded event.
A Busy Awards Season for Chalamet
The 30-year-old actor has been navigating a whirlwind of awards season commitments. His nomination for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role at the Actor Awards for “Marty Supreme” underscores his significant impact in the film industry. The film itself garnered further recognition, with co-star Odessa A’zion receiving a nod for Supporting Actress and the entire cast earning a nomination for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture.
Just the previous weekend, Chalamet jetted off to the UK to attend the BAFTAs, where he also received a nomination. However, he narrowly missed out on the Best Actor award, with Robert Aramayo taking home the gong for his role in “I Swear.” Despite the BAFTA outcome, Chalamet found support from Jenner, who joined him inside the venue shortly after the ceremonies commenced.
The couple, first romantically linked in 2023, were seen sharing an intimate moment at The Royal Festival Hall, the venue for the BAFTAs. Jenner, a beauty mogul in her own right, turned heads in a form-fitting black dress adorned with dazzling embellishments around the plunging neckline, highlighting her svelte figure.

Following the BAFTA festivities, the pair were photographed with beaming smiles as they attended a post-event dinner, clearly enjoying each other’s company.
While the BAFTAs didn’t result in a win for Chalamet, his earlier achievements this awards season have been undeniable. He secured the Critics Choice Award for Best Actor and a Golden Globe for Best Actor in January, solidifying his status as a frontrunner in the acting category.
Looking Ahead to the Academy Awards
The upcoming Academy Awards, scheduled for Sunday, March 15, promise to be another significant milestone in Chalamet’s career. He has once again earned a nomination in the highly competitive Best Actor category, placing him alongside esteemed peers such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Ethan Hawke, Michael B. Jordan, and Wagner Moura. His consistent recognition across major awards bodies highlights his remarkable talent and the critical acclaim he has garnered for his recent work.
