Oppo has confirmed that the Find X9 Ultra and the more compact Find X9s are set to arrive in India soon. This marks the brand’s latest flagship lineup making its way to the market shortly after its global debut. The timing is significant, as Oppo is aligning its India rollout with the global launch, avoiding the usual delay of several months.
The Find X9 series, which launched globally in late April, places a strong emphasis on camera performance thanks to Oppo’s ongoing collaboration with Hasselblad. The Ultra model stands out as the highlight of this lineup.
The Find X9 Ultra features a quad-camera system, including two 200MP sensors—one for the main camera and another for a 3x telephoto lens. It also includes a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens that offers up to 10x optical zoom, with digital zoom extending further. Oppo has also integrated a multispectral sensor, designed to enhance color accuracy and detail consistency in photos.
On the front, the device houses a 50MP selfie camera. The rest of the hardware remains firmly in the flagship category. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with either 12GB or 16GB of RAM, and storage options ranging from 256GB to 1TB using fast UFS 4.1 technology. The display is a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate. The battery capacity is substantial, featuring a 7,050mAh unit that supports 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
The Find X9s serves as the smaller alternative in the series. It boasts a 6.59-inch display and a triple 50MP camera setup, still optimized by Hasselblad. It is driven by the Dimensity 9500s chipset and comes with a large 7,025mAh battery, though its charging speed is slightly reduced to 80W.
While pricing details have not yet been officially announced, early estimates suggest that the Ultra model will fall into the premium segment, while the X9s is expected to be positioned closer to the upper mid-range. With the launch anticipated in just a few weeks, more information about pricing and availability is expected to follow soon.
