Katie Price’s husband unfollows her on Instagram post Dubai arrest

Katie Price experienced an unexpected moment when she regained access to her Instagram account, only to discover that her husband, Lee Andrews, was no longer following her. The 48-year-old reality star’s account had disappeared last week after complaints about her CBD gummies and a video where she “flashed her boobs” led Meta to investigate.

Her ban occurred just hours after she finally made contact with Lee, who had reportedly called her from prison in Dubai to claim he had been arrested on suspicion of espionage. Lee, who is in his 40s, had gone missing for weeks after failing to fly to the UK to join Katie on the Good Morning Britain sofa for a joint interview.

Now that Katie has returned to Instagram, she has found one fewer follower — it appears that Lee has unfollowed her. In a slight account purge, Lee now follows zero people on the social media platform.

The couple’s whirlwind romance faced some challenges last month when the former glamour model appeared on a show with Susanna Reid and Ed Balls. During the appearance, she declared she was “not stupid” and expressed frustration with Lee for abandoning her at that moment, hinting at issues within their relationship.

Katie’s posts during the two weeks Lee was missing alternated between concern for her “missing” husband and lighthearted jokes with Olivia Attwood about the situation. Her family reportedly felt relieved that the alleged scammer was out of her life.

Speculation about Lee has continued since Katie revealed their romance in January, which led to them getting married shortly after. He has been accused of scamming his new wife throughout their relationship, as well as other women in his past. Additionally, he faces serious abuse allegations from an ex-girlfriend.

According to The Sun, Lee is expected to be released soon after being detained over “claims relating to a private, civil matter” (not espionage). Meanwhile, Katie has returned to her life in the UK and shared a happy birthday message for her son Harvey, who turned 24 this weekend.

She also posted a video of herself in the car with her children, Junior and Princess, seemingly unaffected by the latest developments involving Lee and happy to spend time with her kids.

The family day out came after reports that they filmed scenes together on Friday for the third season of Princess’ reality series, The Princess Diaries — despite previous reports that they had been “banned” due to her feud with Princess’ father, Peter Andre.

Despite Lee’s decision to unfollow her, his bio still reads “hubby to @katieprice,” while hers similarly tags him with a ring emoji in front.
