A New Trend in Home Décor: Bows Take the Stage
Bows have become one of the most popular trends in home décor, and now there’s an exciting new range from Kmart to elevate your space. This collection offers something for every room in the house, making it easy to create a cohesive and stylish look.
Bathroom Makeover with Bows
I started my own bow home makeover in the bathroom with the $5 bow tumbler and $7 bow soap dispenser. To tie the look together, I placed both on the $7 bow tray. The cute raised blue bow details on a white background look super sweet and much more appealing than my basic old white ones.
Next, I added the $15 bow bath mat, which really popped against the grey and white colours of my bathroom. The $14 bow pop-up laundry hamper also completed the gorgeous blue look. It’s a generous size, enough for days worth of washing, and easy to take to the washing machine with two sturdy handles and a drawstring cover to prevent items slipping out.

Bedroom with a Pop of Pink

In the living room, I added the $14 velvet bow cushion in pink to my sofa, along with the $10 velvet round cushion in blue. Pairing the pink and blue here not only provides a contrast look to the couch but also ties in with the colour scheme of the bow pieces now in my bedroom and bathroom.
Even the kitchen got a touch of the bow style with the $6.50 three-pack of soft floral tea towels. The three designs include a solid pink tea towel, a blue and pink bow on a white background tea towel, and a pink floral with blue stripes tea towel. They instantly transformed the old oven in my rental and add a pop of loveliness to the space.
