A Complete Home Makeover with Kmart’s Bow Collection
Kmart has launched a new range of bow-themed home décor products that are quickly becoming a must-have for anyone looking to add a touch of charm and style to their living space. From the bathroom to the kitchen, this collection offers something for every room in the house.
Bathroom Makeover: A Sweet and Stylish Touch
Starting with the bathroom, I opted for the $5 bow tumbler and the $7 bow soap dispenser. These simple additions instantly elevated the look of my basic white fixtures. To tie everything together, I placed both items on the $7 bow tray, which features cute raised blue bows on a white background. The design is much more appealing than my previous plain options.
Next, I added the $15 bow bath mat, which stood out beautifully against the grey and white tiles in my bathroom. The mat is not only stylish but also practical, as it provides a soft surface underfoot.
To complete the look, I included the $14 bow pop-up laundry hamper. It’s a generous size, perfect for holding several days’ worth of laundry. The two sturdy handles and drawstring cover make it easy to carry to the washing machine without any items slipping out. For those who want the full bow bathroom experience, there’s also the $12 bow toilet brush.
Bedroom: Adding a Pop of Pink
Moving to the bedroom, I chose the Lola cotton-rich reversible quilt cover set, which includes a quilt cover and two pillowcases. Available in different sizes at great prices—$16 for a single bed, $18 for a double, $20 for a queen, and $25 for a king—it’s an incredible value. The quilt cover features pink florals with small blue bows on one side and white with blue bows on the other, allowing for a contrast look or a switch between two styles.
I paired the quilt cover with a $10 velvet round cushion, which adds a striking contrast to the print on the quilt cover. Additionally, I added the $10 ceramic bow vase and the $13 ceramic bow candle to my bedside table, creating a charming focal point. These pieces can also be used in the bathroom, living room, and entryway.
Living Room: A Contrast of Colors
In the living room, I added the $14 velvet bow cushion in pink to my sofa, along with the $10 velvet round cushion in blue. This combination creates a beautiful contrast and ties in with the color scheme of the bow pieces in the bedroom and bathroom.
Kitchen: A Touch of Elegance
Even the kitchen got a touch of the bow style with the $6.50 three-pack of soft floral tea towels. Each towel features different designs, including a solid pink, a blue and pink bow on a white background, and a pink floral with blue stripes. These instantly transformed my rental kitchen and added a pop of loveliness to the space.
For baking enthusiasts, there’s also the $25 six-piece bakeware set, which features bows and the pinks and blues of the other products in the range. This makes baking and cooking more stylish and fun.
Cleaning Made Stylish
The bow theme extends to cleaning tools as well. The $9 dust slippers and dusting glove set makes cleaning easier and more stylish. The slippers can be worn while doing other tasks around the house, making dusting the floor almost effortless. They can then be washed and reused.
There’s also the $9 12-piece cloth set, which features the blue with white bow design on seven cloths, four cleaning pads, and a dusting glove. This allows for wiping and polishing in a beautiful bow style.
The cleaning tools have also been given the bow makeover with the $9 four-piece cleaning tool set. It includes a scrubbing brush, window squeegee, chenille duster, and dustpan in broom—all in blue with bow details.
