Sterling Shepard Embraces New Single Status at Stagecoach Festival
Sterling Shepard, the NFL wide receiver, has been seen enjoying his new single status as he joined the festivities at the Stagecoach festival over the weekend. The former Tampa Bay Buccaneers star was all smiles as he let loose in the Coachella Valley, California, shortly after ending his engagement to Carolyn Moore.
The couple had been together for over three years, and their relationship became public in March 2023 when they were spotted vacationing together in Turks & Caicos. Shepard proposed to Moore last year, but the engagement came to an end earlier this month on April 15. Moore announced the split on social media, stating that she is focusing on herself and her son, Lion, from a previous relationship. She also mentioned that she is trusting God with this next chapter of her life.
Despite the breakup, Shepard did not seem to be upset as he attended the Stagecoach festival, a popular event known for its country music performances. He was seen posing for photos, showing off his toned arms in a white tank top and grey jeans, topped off with a baseball cap, sunglasses, and a navy neckerchief tied around his belt loops.

Shepard was captured laughing with other members of his party, which included fellow NFL star Cooper DeJean. He was seen clutching a drink, clearly enjoying the weekend. The photos were shared on his Instagram account, where he captioned the carousel with ‘#Stagecoach2026.’
It remains unclear what led to the couple’s split, as Shepard has not publicly commented on the situation. However, Moore’s announcement highlighted her focus on personal growth and her son. The couple’s relationship had been a topic of interest for fans, especially given Shepard’s high-profile career in the NFL.
A Look at Shepard’s Past Relationships
Before his engagement to Moore, Shepard was previously married to supermodel Chanel Iman. The couple welcomed two daughters, Cali Clay and Cassie Snow, during their five-year marriage. They finalized their divorce in April 2023 after Shepard filed for it in 2021.
Shepard’s career has also seen some changes. After playing eight seasons with the New York Giants, he joined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. However, his future with the team is uncertain, as it is unclear whether the Buccaneers will re-sign him in free agency.
In the 2024 season, Shepard played in 13 games, catching 34 passes for 349 yards and one touchdown. He was a healthy scratch for the last four games of the regular season, which may have impacted his performance and contract prospects.

As Shepard continues to navigate both his personal and professional life, fans are watching closely to see what comes next. Whether he finds love again or focuses on his career, one thing is clear — he is embracing the present moment with a positive attitude.
