Fernandes is gaining attention from several clubs, including Paris Saint-Germain. According to reports, Arsenal are also considering a move for the West Ham star as they aim to strengthen their midfield options. Mikel Arteta has relied on Declan Rice, Martin Zubimendi, and Martin Odegaard as his primary midfield trio this season, but there is a need for more depth in the middle of the park.
