Jeffrey Epstein’s ally joins RFK Jr. in scandal

British socialite Lady Victoria Hervey has been making headlines recently for her association with prominent political figures. The socialite was seen at the Trump National Golf Club in Washington, D.C., over the weekend alongside Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. This encounter has sparked interest and speculation about her growing influence in political circles.

Hervey, who has a history of controversy, shared a photo of herself and RFK Jr. on her Instagram Stories, showing them smiling side by side during lunch at the golf club. Another image captured her laughing while driving a golf cart, wearing high heels. These photos have generated significant attention, particularly given her past associations and public statements.

According to reports, Hervey was in the area to film a cameo role in a new movie directed by RFK Jr.’s eldest son, Bobby Kennedy III. The film is currently being shot in Georgetown. Bobby Kennedy III, 41, previously worked on the 2021 film Fear and Loathing in Aspen, which featured his father’s current wife, actress Cheryl Hines.

Hervey’s history with the Epstein scandal has drawn considerable scrutiny. She was described as a “Jeffrey Epstein apologist” by The Daily Beast and has faced criticism for her public comments about Epstein’s survivors. Her involvement with Ghislaine Maxwell, a co-conspirator in Epstein’s crimes, has further fueled controversy.

She has also been known for her defense of Prince Andrew, with whom she had a brief relationship. Hervey frequently courts controversy regarding the Epstein scandal, often making statements that have led to backlash.

During a February 2026 live interview on the U.K. radio station LBC, Hervey generated major backlash while discussing the release of unsealed Epstein documents. She defended the inclusion of Andrew in the files, stating that if you were not in those files, it would be an insult because it meant you were “a bit of a loser.”

Hervey was a long-time acquaintance of Maxwell, who introduced her to Epstein around 1999. This followed a brief period of dating then-Prince Andrew. In her early 20s, she accepted an invitation from Maxwell to stay at one of Epstein’s New York apartments while modeling. She cut the trip short after roughly 10 days, stating she left because she felt “very uncomfortable” and suspected there were hidden cameras monitoring her.

During this period, she attended dinner parties hosted by Epstein alongside figures like Andrew, Bill Clinton, and Donald Trump. In a 2022 ITV documentary, Hervey claimed Maxwell and Epstein operated like “Batman and Robin.” She alleged Maxwell used her as “bait”—leveraging her youth, high social standing, and naivety—to make Epstein’s social circle look attractive and help recruit younger girls for his high-profile guests.

She has publicly speculated that she personally escaped Epstein’s predatory behavior because she was in her early 20s at the time, which she believed made her “too old” for his primary targets.

Hervey has been a fierce public defender of Andrew, claiming his disastrous 2019 BBC Newsnight interview actually proved his innocence. She sparked heavy criticism by baselessly claiming the infamous photo of the disgraced royal with accuser Virginia Giuffre was faked using a body double.

Following Giuffre’s death by suicide in April 2025, Hervey sparked intense public outrage by posting, “When lies catch up with you, there’s no way out.”

In addition, Hervey has increasingly integrated herself into MAGA and conservative political circles. Her involvement in the movement spans both sides of the Atlantic, featuring advocacy for right-wing causes and high-profile socializing in Washington and Florida.

Over the past month, she has shared multiple photos from D.C., including meetings with House Speaker Mike Johnson and podcaster Meghan McCain. In the U.K., Hervey identifies as a supporter of the right-wing Reform U.K. party, positioning herself as a bridge between the American MAGA movement and the British populist right.

She is the daughter of the 6th Marquess of Bristol and the elder sister of the 8th Marquess, rising to some fame in the late 1990s and early 2000s as a prominent London socialite, model, and party girl.
