Asus unveils ExpertCenter P200 AiO PC with Ryzen power

Asus has introduced a new all-in-one desktop computer called the ExpertCenter P200 (PM240FA). This 24-inch Windows PC is designed for standard office tasks, such as reception desks, shared workspaces, or regular cubicles. It isn’t a high-performance machine, but rather a practical solution for businesses that need a screen and computer combined into one compact unit to save desk space.

Asus ExpertCenter P200 AiO Specifications

The device features a 23.8-inch 1080p IPS display with a standard 16:9 aspect ratio. It offers a maximum brightness of 300 nits, which is typical for indoor office environments and generally sufficient for most lighting conditions. The display also carries TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue light, making it easier on the eyes during long work sessions. Above the screen, there is a 2-megapixel 1080p webcam equipped with a physical privacy shutter for added security.

Inside, the P200 uses AMD’s lower-power processors. The top-end configuration includes a Ryzen 5 40 chip with a 15W TDP, though users can choose from a Ryzen 3 30 or an entry-level Athlon Silver 10 processor. For memory and storage, it supports up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD, offering enough performance for everyday business tasks.

The port layout is designed to help manage cables more efficiently. On the side, there is a single USB-C 3.2 port and a headphone jack for temporary device connections. On the back, there are permanent ports including one USB-A 3.2 port, two older USB-A 2.0 ports (likely intended for an optional mouse and keyboard), an Ethernet jack, and an HDMI 2.1 port for connecting a second monitor. Wireless connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4.

Since this is a business-oriented PC, Asus has included enterprise-grade security and durability features. It comes with a discrete TPM chip for hardware encryption and a NIST SP 800-155-compliant BIOS. The device meets MIL-STD-810H durability standards, meaning it is tested to withstand typical bumps and temperature fluctuations in a normal office environment.

The entire unit weighs 5.5kg, making it relatively easy to move if the office layout changes. However, Asus has not yet announced pricing or release dates.

In related news, Asus recently launched the V700 Mini Tower, a desktop with a distinctive design, and the ROG NUC 16 Edition 20, a compact gaming PC featuring an RTX 5090 and a semi-transparent chassis.
